Consignment Guidelines
All clothes are accepted by apt. only Please call

We are looking for new and gently used designer labels and name brand clothing. All items MUST be freshly laundered or dry cleaned and presented on hangers. We do not take clothing that has an odor or that has tears, stains, broken zippers or buttons missing. Clothing must be Rack Ready.
Clothing and accessories must be in current fashion [no more than 2 years old] and appropriate to the season being consigned.
The consignment period is 90 days.
Consignments will be full price for the first 60 days. After 60 days markdown will be 50% off original price
pricing of all items is at the sole discretion of Miss Scarlet's Consignment Boutique*
Items are priced according to the original retail value , the items condition, and the brand name and popularity of the item.
We make every effort to sell your items within the consignment period. We can not guarantee that your items will sell.
All unsold merchandise will be held for 5 days after consignment period is up.
Any unclaimed merchandise will be considered store property and may be donated to one of our selected charities or sold as store merchandise.
Please call 24 hours before picking up your items so we may have them ready for you.
Store wide sales, coupons, or other promotions may reduce the price of the item.
You will receive 50% of the selling price.
Payment will be calculated at the end of the month . You may choose to have store credit, or pick up your check after the 7th of the month. Checks will not be mailed.
All checks not picked up after 60 days will be forfeited.
